In Namibia, I didn\u2019t just speak \u2014 I listened.<\/p>\n

I met leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who understand that tourism must do more than grow \u2014 it must include. It must uplift. It must leave no one behind.<\/p>\n

From Ministers Hon. Indileni Daniel and Hon. Selma Ashipala-Musavyi to every youth and woman with a dream \u2014 one message was clear: the future of tourism is inclusive, or it\u2019s incomplete.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I proposed a bold initiative:
\nThe Inclusive Tourism Investment & Funding Strategy \u2014 a UN Tourism<\/a> flagship to direct capital, opportunity, and visibility where it\u2019s needed most.<\/p>\n

This is how we build it:
\n\u2611\ufe0f Micro-funds for youth and women-led enterprises
\n\u2611\ufe0f Equity-focused public-private partnerships
\n\u2611\ufe0f Policies that hardwire inclusion
\n\u2611\ufe0f Training for financial and digital empowerment
\n\u2611\ufe0f Global visibility for community-led experiences<\/p>\n

This campaign isn\u2019t about titles \u2014 it\u2019s about transformation.<\/p>\n

Because when we listen first, we lead better.
